崗位職責

1. 安裝項目分項項目管理；

partial project management for installation projects

2. *****規范操作方法，確保安裝現場的安全和清潔；

monitor the standard operating method to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the installation site

3. 負責安裝隊伍的管理、培訓和領導；

be responsible for staff management‚support and leading of installation team

4. 報價支持；

support in calculation for quotation

5. 管理現場人員，控制相關項目活動的進度計劃和工時預算 固定班組和臨時班組 ；

manage on site people and co******ol the schedule plan and man hours budget fixed team and temp team for project for relevant project activity.

6. 按照項目的主要時間表制定現場的每日、每周工作計劃，并支持項目經理達到所需的項目時間表；

plan site daily/weekly/ activities to match the project main timing schedule and support pm to reach the required project milestones

7. 與客戶進行短期/長期的溝通，建立與客戶的關系；

8. 領導解決項目存在的問題。

相關經驗、技能要求

1. 專科及以上學歷，機械制造等相關專業；

college degree or above‚ major in machinery manufacturing or the related

2. 具有工業安裝現場管理工作經驗，有外企生產主管經驗者優先；

with industrial installation site management experience‚ the one with production supervisor experience in foreign *****pany is preferred

3. 具備很強的品質管理、流程優化、統籌組織和溝通協調能力，有很好的分析問題和解決問題的能力；

strong ability of quality management‚ process optimization‚ overall *****anization‚ *****munication and coordination‚ good ability to analyze and solve problems

4. 有較好的領導和組織協調能力、溝通能力、執行能力等。

5. 具有人員安排和管理技能

6. 熟悉ems‚wax或輸送工藝者優先

basic understanding of ems‚ wax or conveyor process is preferred.

8. 英語或德語流利；

fluent english or german
